Cristian Popescu is the Managing Partner of PRRF, bringing over 20 years of experience in business law. He advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity deals, and general corporate matters.

Cristian has a strong track record in real estate transactions, with a particular focus on agribusiness projects and EU-funded initiatives. His practice also encompasses the energy sector, where he provides legal guidance to leading companies on complex acquisition and development projects.

In addition, Cristian has built extensive expertise in intellectual property and copyright law, assisting both local and international clients on a wide range of matters related to the registration and protection of trademarks, patents, and domain names, with a focus on technology, media, and digitization.
